Sukaan is a building management application designed for residential building committees in Jordan. The app provides tools for managing shared building finances (Sandooq), tracking expenses and contributions, resident communication, document storage, and maintenance request management.

You must create an account to use Sukaan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Sukaan offers a free 30-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscription prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Payments are processed securely. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

You agree to use Sukaan only for lawful purposes related to building management. You must not enter false financial data or misrepresent transactions. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. You must not attempt to access other buildings' data without authorization.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the app. We process your data only to provide and improve our services. You can export your data at any time. Your use of Sukaan is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Sukaan application, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Sukaan and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

Sukaan is provided as a management tool and does not provide financial, legal, or accounting advice. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app. We are not liable for disputes between building residents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We strive to maintain high availability of our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data before your access expires. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on what happens after cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days in advance through the app or via email.
